We want to hear from you

We love hearing from the pi-top Community, especially when it comes to the nitty-gritty details of all of the exciting projects that are being worked on with a pi-top! It’s because of this that we couldn’t be more excited to launch a monthly video chat where we hear from anyone willing to share their projects, as well as giving you all some insight into what we’re working on behind-the-scenes in our R&D teams. Whether you’re working actively working on a project, have ideas and want to discuss them, or simply want to be a fly on the wall and listen in - we’d love for you to join us!

Whilst the pi-top forum serves as our one-stop-shop for in-depth debugging and support with all things pi-top project related, we thought it would be nice to break free from our keyboards and have a more relaxed, human way of talking with you for those who are interested. We don’t know what we’re more excited about: seeing what you have to share with your pi-top or showing you all that we are working on in the background!

We are kicking off pi-top ‘Sessions’ on 26th February 2021 at 12:00 CST / 18:00 GMT. Each pi-top ‘Session’ will last around 1 hour. Whilst we aim for these to be as free-flowing and conversational as possible, we hope to structure them loosely like so:

  1. We (pi-top team members) share with you all the exciting things that we are working on - taking questions & observations either immediately or at the end - depending on the complexity of the topic.

  2. You (yes, you!) share with us what you have been up to with your pi-top.

  3. Discuss ideas for projects, ideas to improve pi-top products or simply things you want from us that we haven’t made available yet!

That’s all for now, make sure to keep an eager eye on your email inbox for the invitation to sign-up for pi-top Sessions. We can’t wait to see you there!
