Will I get a tracking code for my order?


If the order is placed outside of the US you will receive a tracking code, one the item has been shipped.

Within the US please contact support@pi-top.com if you do not receive a tracking code.

Why is the price in USD? Aren’t you a UK based company?


We buy all the components priced in US dollars, and we negotiate manufacturing in dollars. Additionally, due to the fact the currency markets are volatile, we price the final Pi-Top kit in dollars too so we do not have to keep changing the price; believe us - you don’t really want the price to fluctuate according to the stock market.

How can I pay for my pi-top order?


Purchases can be made by card via the pi-top website’s shop (pi-top.com) or through authorised resellers who may have additonal payment options. With either option, don't forget there are also other add-on features such as:

  • The Raspberry Pi 3
  • The proto-board
  • Raspberry Pi HATS and projects

How much is shipping?


Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the item weight you are purchasing at check-out.

Which country do you ship to?


We ship all our products globally. When purchasing a pi-top or pi-topCEED you will receive an email with your tracking code

Can I cancel my order?


Orders may be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched; to enquire about such requests please contact support@pi-top.com.

Can I check my order status?


Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking information for any pi-top kit or pi-topCEED orders. You can also log into your pi-top account to further check your order details.
